1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bat39 at bat39.win, registering an account or using any feature of the platform — including the game lobby, sports betting, slots, fish games, bingo or deposit services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

4 Deposits and Payments

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. bat39 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts, e-wallets or payment methods not previously used by the account holder.

• Withdrawals are processed in PKR only.
• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement for new accounts.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account withdrawal section.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfer withdrawals.
• bat39 may request additional documentation to verify a withdrawal request. Failure to provide documents within the requested timeframe may result in the request being cancelled.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

bat39 offers bonuses and promotional rewards from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered account holders only. One bonus per player, per promotion, unless stated otherwise.

11 Limitation of Liability
